If there's any problem with your assignment or questions you'd like to ask your recipient, please get in touch by email or leave a comment here (anon commenting is on and comments are screened, so your recipient won't see) and we'll help out. Remember not to contact your recipient directly, it's supposed to be a surprise!

If for some reason you need to withdraw before the due date, you can default from your My Assignments page on AO3, no need to contact us. We understand that both life and writer/artist block happen and if your recipient fulfils their assignment, we'll make sure they get a gift.
